Categories or Speak freely?

Categories give you choices to point you in the right direction. Speak freely lets you say or type the answer in your own words. You can switch on every question.

What if I don’t understand a question?

Open Help on that screen. Ask by voice, type or paste your question, or attach a screenshot. The help panel uses the question you are currently viewing as context.

What if KDP shows an error?

Go to the Publishing section, open Help, and use the KDP troubleshooting cards. Match the screenshot to your screen, then attach a screenshot of the first warning or page that looks wrong.

How do I protect my work?

Use the always-visible Save button to download a progress file. Keep it with your project files. The app also preserves answers while you move backward and forward during the current session.
